Day to Day:
This role manages backend processes after policy issuance, including binding, endorsements, cancellations, and inspections, reporting directly to the CFO. It ensures workflow efficiency, compliance with carrier contracts, and service standards while coordinating across departments and some outsourcing groups. Key responsibilities include reviewing procedures, creating SOPs, auditing workflows, assisting with compliance concerns, monitoring licensing, and working with technical teams to align system applications with business needs. The role supports department leaders in system implementations, efficiency audits, and workflow updates while regularly testing systems for accuracy. Mostly sedentary, it involves constant computer use for data analysis and documentation, with occasional office movement to access files or equipment.
