Responsibilities

Responsible for coordinating, teaching and administering respiratory care procedures and support to patients and staff in the neonatal, pediatric, and adult care units. The Clinical Specialist for Respiratory Care is a highly specialized and technically knowledgeable practitioner providing operation support to the Manager of Respiratory Care/Cardiopulmonary Services.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in respiratory therapy or related field or equivalent experience required. 

 

Experience : Four years’ experience with two to three years of critical care experience as a specialist for the area of expertise. Must have additional one-year experience as a specialist for the area of expertise and one-year experience in coordinating/managing and/or teaching staff.
