• Able to draft and compose professional emails and internal communications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client and team interactions
• Maintains a professional demeanor in all client-facing engagements
• Capable of proposing inquiries and escalating matters to operations and management as needed
• Experienced in conducting targeted research to support operational needs
