Operations Manager role:
· Foster a high-performance culture rooted in urgency, safety, quality, and alignment with company values.
· Take ownership of all operational departments, including inside sales, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, delivery services, kitting, and the belt fabrication shop.
· Drive employee development through hands-on leadership, promoting team cohesion, mentoring, and succession planning.
