We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Automation and Integration Officer . This is an exciting opportunity to lead strategic automation initiatives, modernize workflows, and enable seamless system integration across the organization.  

Key Responsibilities  

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual workloads.  
  

• Lead the integration of enterprise systems, applications, and APIs to ensure data consistency, system reliability, and process continuity.  
  

• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, identify pain points, and deliver tailored automation and integration solutions.  
  

• Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, and automation tools using platforms like Power Automate, Python, and shell scripting.  
  

• Monitor and troubleshoot automation jobs and integration pipelines, ensuring high availability and performance.  
  

• Establish and enforce best practices and governance standards for automation and integration processes.  
  

• Maintain clear documentation of system architectures, process flows, and technical configurations.  
  

• Provide training and guidance to junior team members and other departments on automation tools and practices.  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.  
  

• 7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years specifically focused on automation and system integration.  
  

• Hands-on experience with automation tools and platforms such as Power Automate, UiPath, Ansible, or similar.  
  

• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash).  
  

• Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, system integration methodologies, and data transformation.  
  

• Experience working with enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, or custom business applications.  
  

• Familiarity with DevOps tools and concepts is a plus (Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines).  
  

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.  
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.  
  

Preferred Qualifications  

• Industry experience in government, finance, logistics , or enterprise IT.  
  

• Certifications in automation or integration platforms (Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, MuleSoft).  
  

• Experience with workflow design, orchestration tools, or middleware.  
  

• Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance as it relates to automation and system integration.
