Job Description

Supply Chain Manager

Location: Greenville, SC | Full-Time | On-Site

We are partnering with a growing organization that is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize the flow of goods, resources, and information to support operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives.

This leadership position is responsible for managing procurement, inventory, and warehouse operations, while collaborating across multiple departments to drive results. If you are process-driven, proactive, and experienced in leading teams, this opportunity may be an excellent fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all aspects of warehouse operations and the procurement of goods and services
  • Lead the weekly cycle count program to ensure inventory accuracy for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods
  • Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, lead times, payment terms, rebate programs, and service agreements
  • Support onboarding of new team members and provide ongoing coaching and training
  • Conduct annual performance reviews and enforce accountability for KPIs and performance standards
  • Monitor supplier and service provider performance, focusing on on-time delivery and cost reduction
  • Identify and resolve supply chain issues or bottlenecks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and industry standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Prior experience supervising and developing teams
  • Experience in purchasing and negotiating chemical or raw materials
  • Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to make sound business decisions grounded in ethics, effort, and reliability
