We are defining what LIVE eCommerce looks like in the U.S.—and we're looking for driven, nimble, and ambitious people to build it with us.

The Role: Livestream Operations

Reporting to MomentIQ’s Live and Production Team

As a Livestream Operator , you’ll be the backbone of every show, ensuring our high-converting TikTok livestreams are executed with precision, efficiency, and energy. You'll handle everything from physical set-up and tech checks to real-time show support and data-driven post-stream analysis.

This role is perfect for someone who’s equal parts technical and tactical. You’ll be deeply embedded in both the content and commerce sides of our livestreams, helping hosts shine while ensuring every stream performs at its peak.

This is not a passive support role. You’ll be expected to think like a producer, act like a technician, and adapt like a showrunner.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and take down livestream sets quickly and efficiently with attention to visual and functional details.
• Operate and troubleshoot livestream equipment including cameras, lighting, mics, and streaming interfaces.
• Monitor backend stream data (conversion, viewer behavior, engagement metrics) to optimize ongoing and future performance.
• Assist hosts during live sessions—providing real-time updates, supporting conversation flow, and jumping on camera if needed.
• Help manage the comment section, leveraging TikTok-native lingo, crowd prompts, and chat control tactics to keep audiences engaged.
• Collaborate with brand teams, creators, and MIQ’s internal experts to ensure smooth execution of each livestream

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in livestream production, studio ops, or digital content environments (bonus if TikTok-specific).
• Solid technical knowledge of video/audio production equipment and livestream software platforms.
• Comfortable with high-energy, live environments where flexibility and speed are essential.
• Strong grasp of TikTok culture, platform trends, and LIVE audience behavior.
• Confident and articulate—you’re comfortable stepping on camera if a situation calls for it.
• Data-literate and performance-minded—you care about what works, and how to improve it.

Location:

This is a contracted, on-site role based in Santa Monica, CA .
